Beyond Words Gifts is a small business located in North Carolina, USA, specializing in custom and themed gift baskets for individuals, events, and corporate clients.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Products and Services

All of our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to product availability, packaging updates, or customization requests.

Customization: We offer personalized gift options. Please review all custom details carefully before submitting your order.
Substitutions: When necessary, we may substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery and quality.

4. Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment must be received before your order is processed.
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your total in accordance with North Carolina law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Local Delivery or Pickup: For local orders within North Carolina, additional delivery or pickup options may be available.

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we want every customer to be satisfied.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Orders can only be canceled or modified if production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible at hazel@beyondwordsgifts.com. Once customization or packaging has started, the order cannot be canceled.

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Beyond Words Gifts and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
